1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to all orders placed via the online shop “Feinfund”. Your contracting party is [FIRMENNAME bzw. Vor- und Nachname des Inhabers], [Straße und Hausnummer], [PLZ Ort].

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. You add products to the cart, select the delivery country, accept these terms and log in to PayPal via the PayPal button, where you choose your delivery address. Back in the shop, all order details are shown again for review. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding order and the PayPal payment is executed; the contract is concluded at that moment. We confirm receipt by e-mail. Contract languages: German, English, Italian.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Delivery is free of charge for all orders; no shipping costs apply (see Shipping & payment).

4. Payment

Payment is made exclusively via PayPal.

5. Delivery

We deliver to: Germany, Austria, Italy.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, see our cancellation policy and the withdrawal function.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
